How it works

One order. Two clocks. Perfectly aligned.

PARCL does not just transmit an order. It carries a time with it — and uses that time to decide when the kitchen should start.

Customer journey

A normal drive home, with dinner folded into it.

  1. 6:30 PM

    You leave the office

Thirty minutes of driving ahead. Nothing to decide yet.

  2. 6:44 PM

    You open PARCL

Outlets appear along the route you are already on, with pickup times rather than delivery estimates.

  3. 6:45 PM

    You order

PARCL calculates that you will reach the outlet in about twelve minutes and sends that estimate with the order.

  4. 6:49 PM

    The kitchen starts

Not four minutes ago. Now — because this dish takes eight minutes and you arrive at 6:57.

  5. 6:57 PM

    You pick up

Order while you travel, and get your food as you arrive — freshly prepared and handed over by our team right at your car/bike.

Restaurant journey

The kitchen workflow, arrival-first.

Instead of a burst of tickets that all say now, the kitchen receives a sequence with a place in time.

  1. 01Ticket

    Order lands with a clock

The Partner app shows the customer's arrival estimate, the suggested start time, and the countdown to handover.

  2. 02Prep

Kitchen queues by time, not arrival order

Tickets sort themselves by when they need to start, so the line cook always knows what comes next.

  3. 03Live

    Arrival updates flow through

If traffic shifts, the start window shifts with it. Nobody has to guess whether to hold or reheat.

  4. 04Pickup

    Handover in seconds

The counter sees who is arriving next and the order is already bagged and labelled for pickup.

Technology journey

Arrival-time synchronisation, in plain terms.

Three signals, recalculated continuously: where you are, how long the dish takes, and how long the handover needs.

Route and traffic

Your arrival estimate follows the road you are actually on, updated as conditions change.

Preparation time

Each item carries its own prep duration, so a biryani and a coffee do not start together.

Start window

The kitchen receives a window rather than an instant, which absorbs normal traffic variation.

Pickup experience

Designed for the twenty seconds that matter.

The handover is the whole product. Everything else exists to make it feel instant.

Arrival ping

The counter knows you are seconds away before you reach the door.

One-scan collection

A single code confirms the order, closes the ticket and clears the queue slot.

No queue by design

Order while you travel, and get your food as you arrive — freshly prepared and handed over by our team right at your car/bike.

Cooked for your arrival.
