PARCL is a food technology company from Jaipur, building a smart pickup platform around a single idea: the food should wait for you — not the other way around.
Why pickup matters
Pickup is the only way to eat restaurant food without adding a journey to it. It has always been the freshest option and the most profitable one for restaurants. It was simply the least convenient — so people chose delivery instead. PARCL removes the inconvenience rather than the freshness.
Why food loses quality
A kitchen finishes a dish at its peak. Everything after that is decline. Heat escapes, texture softens, sauces separate, drinks dilute. Delivery adds that decline as a fixed cost of the model, and a takeaway counter adds it whenever food is cooked before the customer arrives. The fix is not faster transport. It is better timing.
How behaviour is changing
Millions of people move through Indian cities every day: office to home, campus to hostel, gym to home, metro to office, mall to car park. Many pass restaurants they would happily buy from. Ordering systems still assume the customer is stationary. PARCL assumes the opposite.

Become the operating layer that synchronises customer movement with restaurant preparation. Not a marketplace racing to deliver faster, but the intelligence deciding when food should be cooked. Time becomes the product.

Make pickup the smartest way to enjoy freshly prepared food — and make it the default whenever a customer is already travelling.
Long-term ambition
Start in Jaipur, prove the behaviour, then follow commuter density across India. As volume grows, our economics let us charge less than delivery marketplaces while restaurants keep more, which is the only durable way to change where the country orders from.
